Jerome H. Finkel, M.D., M.H.A., FACP

President GMP Network, Medical Director

Dr. Finkel is a practicing internist and President and CEO of Alliance Health; one of the largest, most respected multi-specialty practices in Metropolitan Detroit. He also serves as Medical Director of the GMP Network, and the Reliance ACO. In addition, he serves as Founder and Board member of the Michigan HealthLink and serves on the Board of the Henry Ford Macomb Hospital where he chairs the Strategy and Growth committee.

Dr. Finkel has long been a strong proponent of practice transformation and physician integration.

Dr. Finkel earned his B.S. from the University of Michigan; his M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine; he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Sinai Hospital of Detroit and received his M.H.A from the University of Southern California.

Donald Muir, MD

Dr. Muir graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1985. He works in Clinton Township, MI and specializes in Family Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Muir is affiliated with Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

Carolann Kinner, DO

Secretary GMP Network

Dr. Kinner attended medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Kinner has an emphasis on comprehensive and preventative care as part of Diab and Kinner Internal Medicine, PC., in Warren, MI.

Ronald Barnett, DO, FACOI

Dr. Barnett graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986. Dr. Barnett specializes in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He is board certified in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Geriatric Medicine. Jixian Wu, MD

Dr. Rajika Munasinghe is board certified in internal medicine, with a masters degree is biostatistics and epidemiology from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a MBA from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Dr. Munasinghe completed his residency at Wayne State University, and now serves as a clinical associate professor at the school. He has been associate program director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Sinai-Grace since 2000. At AIMS, Dr. Munasinghe oversees the financial operations, information systems and strategic planning of the organization as well as providing inpatient hospital care. He recently earned his master's in business administration (MBA) from Michigan State University's Executive MBA Program.

Jacqueline B. Rosenblatt

Executive Director, GMP Network

Jacqueline Rosenblatt assumed the role of Executive Director for GMP Network in 2017. She has been instrumental in transitioning GMP Network to an independent Physician Organization and works closely with both state and community stakeholders to move healthcare reform forward; prior to her appointment at GMP Network, she served as Interim CEO and Vice President of Clinical Operations at MPRO, Michigan’s federally designated quality improvement service provider.
