GMP Network (GMPN) supports primary care and specialty physicians and midlevel providers with credentialing and enrollment into the payor contracts held by GMPN. We credential and recredential our active affiliates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Current unrestricted practitioner license
• No pending DEA sanctions
• No active disciplinary actions by certification boards
• No pending OIG actions
• Not excluded by CMS

Required documents to start the process:

• GMP Network Credentialing Application
• Group w9
• CV
• Copy of medical license, DEA, and any board certifications
• Malpractice facesheet

GMPN utilizes DocuSign to make the enrollment paperwork easy for our practitioners to complete and sign. Our team is quick to respond and can assist with any questions via email or phone.

Initial credentialing takes approximately 30-60 days. GMPN submits enrollment paperwork on behalf of a practitioner upon receipt of the DocuSign and health plans take approximately 60-120 days to process requests and list a practitioner as effective. We remain in contact with the payors to ensure proper enrollment is completed on your behalf.

GMPN alerts payors of any updated demographic changes once a practitioner is enrolled. Our team also provides ongoing support between our practitioners and payors with any issues or questions that may arise after the initial enrollment process.

No Annual Dues!!

GMPN has a one-time affiliation fee of $1000 for physicians and $750 for midlevel providers and chiropractors.
