What does being part of the GMPN team mean to you?

“My entire career I have worked with independent physicians – whether to assist with implementation of Meaningful Use or providing support to improve quality measure documentation and outcomes – and I have seen firsthand the quality of patient care they deliver which makes them essential to the health of our healthcare system. This is what GMPN strives for – to support and sustain the independent physician. And that mission is why working for GMPN means so much to me personally.”

What do you feel GMPN brings to physicians, patients, and the community?

“GMPN has a unique approach to our support – we have the adaptability and flexibility to work with independent physicians and meet them where they are expediently. If their EHR is not collecting on a quality measure correctly, we can work with them to figure it out. If they have a patient who really needs connection to housing assistance, we can connect them to that resource. If they are stymied by a billing issue, we will work with the payer to resolve. All of this can be done quickly so their practice, and their patients, are not left without the proper care and resources.”

What customers have told you GMPN has done for them?

“I hear repeatedly from our physicians how we care about their patients – and really there is no better compliment. Everyone knows that when you work with GMPN, you will know who you are working with, and who you can contact to resolve any issues. What working with GMPN means to you?

“Working with GMPN means having the support and partnership necessary for our practice to grow and adapt in an ever-changing healthcare environment. As an independent practice, keeping up with insurance requirements, quality measures, and evolving reimbursement models can be challenging. GMPN has played a vital role in helping our office implement and maintain patient care quality programs that directly impact reimbursement and overall practice sustainability. As medical director, I enjoy promoting these efforts for other GMPN practices. Knowing the significant impact this has had on our practice allows me to use our experience to help other practices that may not be able to achieve these goals on their own. GMPN also actively supports and protects the independence of private practices. GMPN offers a more personal, flexible, and hands-on approach. Their individualized support allows practices to succeed without being forced into a one-size-fits-all model. These are important goals that I find rewarding to support and promote.”

What you feel GMPN brings to physicians, patients, and the community?

“GMPN’s commitment to maintaining the independence of private physicians brings meaningful value to physicians, patients, and the communities they serve. Independent practices often provide more personalized, higher-quality care while also helping to control healthcare costs for both patients and insurers. By preserving access to independent physicians, GMPN helps ensure that patients can build long-term, trusted relationships with their providers. These relationships, supported by a deep understanding of a patient’s medical history, family dynamics, and social needs, are essential to delivering better, more comprehensive healthcare and improving long-term outcomes within the community.”

What customers have told you GMPN has done for them?

“Patients have consistently shared positive feedback regarding the support and improved health outcomes they experience through GMPN-supported programs, including Co-Care/Behavioral Health and Care Management services. These initiatives provide patients with additional guidance, resources, and coordinated care that help them better manage their health and overall wellbeing.
